Three-stream program: Community Renewal Initiatives (capacity building, economic development, safety/cohesion), Community Spaces (capital projects that extend/improve/enhance public-use community facilities), and Healthy, Safe, Connected Children and Youth (outreach, recreation, leadership).

Who qualifies
- Non-profit organizations, municipalities (incl. planning/recreation districts), and Northern Affairs Community Councils — for-profits, individuals, schools, health facilities, and the City of Winnipeg are ineligible
- Community Renewal Initiatives & Community Spaces streams: up to $100,000 — non-profits/Northern Affairs Community Councils get up to 80% of eligible costs, municipalities up to 50%
- Healthy, Safe, Connected Children and Youth stream: up to $50,000 on the same 80%/50% split
- Community Spaces (capital) projects in a leased facility require the owner's advance approval and proof of a 5-year lease
- Eligible costs must be incurred on/after April 1, 2026; projects can span up to 2 fiscal years
